Ingredients

  • 25ml/1fl oz cognac
  • 25ml/1fl oz white rum
  • 25ml/1fl oz orange liqueur
  • 25ml/1fl oz fresh lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain into a martini glass and serve.
