Leek and potato soup

Ingredients
- ¼ potato, diced
- ¼ leek, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150ml/5fl oz milk
- 150ml/5fl oz double cream
- handful of fresh chives, chopped
Method

Place all the ingredients, except the chives into a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Add the chives and serve.
