Lemon cheesecake cocktail

Ingredients
- 35ml/1¼fl oz vanilla vodka
- 1 tbsp limoncello
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- pinch lemon zest
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbsp mascarpone
To garnish
- digestive biscuit, crumbled
Method

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

Strain the cocktail into a coupette glass and garnish with the crumbled biscuit.
